Please help guys!. Ok i have blackberry curve 9300 o.s. v220.127.116.118 bundle 2949 if that helps.
The problem is at least 3 times a day i loose my BIS connection completley and have to wait ages for it to reconnect, also when i try to download as soon as i attempt the download it will switch of and if i end the browser it immediatly reconnects ?!!!
Pllleeease help, damsel in distress x I am with vodafone on payg x

As you having problem with your data service as a first step you can try those steps in a sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Delete and Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
If problem persists then you have to call your Carrier as a second step to know if they have any problem with there network . So try it and let us know.
