BIS - "Not Connected"

Recently dropped my old phone, so long story short had to grab a cheap alternitive. 

Anyway, purchased this, its with the t-mobile network. http://phone-shop.tesco.com/mobile-phones-and-sim-cards/pay-monthly-phones/BlackBerry-Curve-9320-Bla...


and the only problem I have so far is to get the BIS to work. I only really use Blackberrys for the BIS, and was the reason why I decided to get another Blackberry instead of begging my mum for an iPhone...



Also says it is not connected to the enterprise server, whatever that is.

Assuming you are using the new sim card that came with it, have you contacted the-mobile to check your account has properly been setup for blackberry data?
