So I've had it for about a year now, and about an hour ago I was playing some music on it, then suddenly the device cut out. I took the battery out, charged it etc. but when I put the battery back in, the loading bar comes up and loads roughly 4% of the way, then the screen briefly turns white, and the device attempts to reboot again. Every time it has got to the same stage and failed. I don't know what to do. I have no Idea what the problem could be, and dont understand how it suddenly happened. Please Can Someone help me get my device working again Urgently.
