                                   Its OK , I think you have not install the OS pack that you have downloaded on your PC  ,that's why you are unable to see those Vendor files,

 

Its good that you approach your Service provider as your device is still under Warranty, I think you have taken a good decission , It might be possible that the device is defective and in that situation they may replace it with a new device.So nothing to worry I hope you will get your device soon .Just keep in contact with your service provider regarding your device progress.

i had tried all the steps mentioned...
but the apploader window is not recognising the update file....

what to do i am really confused...
