Back-up

My old media card stopped working so I put a new one into the same blackberry, how do I put the backup onto my new media card????

Thanks for the question.


Can you read the contents of the old media card on a PC or a Mac?  If so, you can transfer the saved data from that media card into a saved folder onto on the desktop and then insert the new media card into your BlackBerry smartphone and transfer the old contents over.

 

Be sure to enable mass storage mode when connecting the BlackBerry smartphone to your computer.  Follow the steps in this KB article to enable it: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB13564
