Battery won't take a full charge

I have a new battery in my BB Curve 9360 and it doesn't take a full charge.  When I plug it in the charge symbol will come on and a short time later (times vary) it'll stop charging even though the battery isn't completely charged.  I've three different charging cords but the same thing happens each time.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

It is possible that your battery or your charger has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:

  1. Obtain a known good battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens

Do the same with different chargers. The results of this will indicate if it's your battery or your charger that has the problem. It may also be your BB itself...the results should also help indicate if that is so.
