My bbm isnt working- as its not sending or reciving messages also it is not updating anything and my emails aren't recieving or sending aswell.

Have you tried pulling your battery out while the power is still on, waiting 30 seconds and replacing the battery?

I have taken the battery out and put it back in but i havent replaced it will it help if i do?

Sorry, I meant replace (as in putting the battery back in the phone).

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan (You need one to be able to use BBM and e-mail)
