Black two arrow icon pointing to the right

What is the Indicator icon that is just below the time.  Looks like two arrows pointing to th right or two triangles?  How do I get it off, kind of annoying.  Thanks!!!

That would be the Bluetooth indicator, which should mean that your Bluetooth is enabled.  To get rid of that icon, go to Options - Bluetooth, then find the menu option to disable.
