My blackberry has service !
It worked normally in the beggning but after some days. I could only surf on the internet but I can't go on facebook ,bbm r any othr application !
The only thing I could do is surf . Bbm only wrks with wi fi but facebook doesn't wrk on wi-fi or service
Please tell me. How I can make the facebook app work and make evrythin available during service including bbm !

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan rather the just a standard data plan from your carrier? You need a Blackberry Data Plan in order to use the data functions on your phone properly.

Yup I do !
In a standard data plan you could use Facebook and BBM
And in blackberry data plan thre is facebook bbm n also web browsing
For me only the web browsing is working
The rest aren't :/

N BTW I just said in general about the facebook and BBM even though there are more apps

BBM and the Facebook app plus email do not work on a standard carrier data plan - they only work on a Blackberry Data Plan as the data is handled via Blackberrys servers.

So do you have a Blackberry Data Plan (Blackberry Internet Service plan) or a generic data plan from your carrier?

Then how did the BBM work in the beggning?
Blackberry data plan !
I chose one of the monthly plans in du it was the internet service plan

I would suggest giving your carrier a call and checking you have a Blackberry Data Plan

But you still havnt solved my second problem
Which is tht my Facebook app dsnt wrk with wi-fi r service
It always shows an error and in brAckets (100)

Well facebook needs data..... so, giving your carrier a call and checking you do in fact have the correct data plan will more than likely solve it.
