It has previously glitched when turning on, but it always does turn on. It's fully charged, I had it charging all night and in the morning it worked fine. I was turning in on and off a couple time during the day and it started fine. Went to turn in on later and nothing happened. Nothing lit up or anything. I took out the battery and put it back in and nothing. I tried charging it for hours and still nothing. I've only had it about 5 months and the battery seems fine. I'm so frustrated and could use help. I'm a new Blackberry user.

What happens if you remove the battery, connect it to the charger then reinsert the battery?  You've done some good troubleshooting, can you take it to the store?  Its hard to tell if its the battery or something else.

Since you've tried everything, you have to take it to a store or repair shop.

My blackberry shut down and we couldn't get it to come back on , came on this site and did as it said about puting charger on remove battery and then putting it back in again and wow how vol it came on straight away. so glad I looked on here for an answer
