BlackBerry Curve 9360 !!Screen Problems!!

I'm having problems with the screen on my phone, When I run various activities she gets stained showing the previous screens that were open.
How can I solve this problem?

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.


If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.


But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may want to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, "Bare Bones" OS Reload Diagnostic Process, etc. To prepare, please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post...you will need a full backup of everything to your PC in order to proceed.


Alternatively, if you remain in your warranty, you can seek formal support via that.


Do keep in mind that if the problem is hardware, then there is no amount of self-diagnostics nor internet-distance recommendations regarding OS or software that can help. Indeed, the best we can do is rule out all other things, leaving hardware as a "most likely" cause...but, at an internet distance, it's impossible to truly diagnose hardware issues.
