Why does this phone keep doing this?

It works when it wants to. I think it stopped working on Friday the 23rd and its still not fully working today.

I have to remove the battery in order to hopefully recieve a message on Watsapp, my sms and phonce calls work. What is going on as this is getting quite annoying.

First thing? Check the File Free at Options > Status, what is the number at File Free?
Now, leaving the device powered ON, remove the battery of your device, hold a minute, replace and reboot. What is the File Free now?

hi same problem with my blackberry 9220 ... my watsapp work wen it want .... And my watsapp isn't working properly... Internet is working except watsapp ,,,,but wen I reboot problem solves but is it good for a phone to rebooot it daily...
