I recently lost my phone, then found it again and re entered my sim I had got. However when I turn it on it asks me for a BlackBerry ID, I have never been asked for this before so do not know what my password is for it. It automatically had my email address entered as the BlackBerry ID. As I can't get past this stage I am unable to use my phone at all, so would be grateful if you could try to sort this.

I attempted to create a BlackBerry ID under the same email but it said there was already an account under that email. So then I clicked change password, and successfully did So under the same email. So I can log on online however when I went to log on on my phone it says 'the username and password provided do not correspond to a valid BlackBerry ID'

i have done all this, and when i typed in the password i used 'show password' so know it was typed correctly, yet it still doesnt accept it

im not sure what cellular data connection is, but i am connected to wifi and have internet as part of my contract so i would think that shouldnt be the issue
