No puedo ingresar a mi cuenta de BlackBerry ID por que no recuerdo ni mi contraseña ni la respuesta de la pregunta. 

 

que puedo hacer para poder resetear la contraseña sin que me pida que conteste la pregunta de seguridad.

Ok, well, I have a problem, I can't log in on my blackberry ID, beacuse I can't remmember my pasword, then I tried to reset my pasword but, I just can't remmember the answer of the security question. 

 

what should I do?

You have to remember either the BlackBerryID password, or the secret question answer. Without either, you're stuck.
Your choices are:
--Use another email account to create an entirely new BlackBerryID (with which you will lose access to any purchased apps using the "forgotten" first BlackBerryID, or
--Find the initial email you were sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID, and in it is a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on that, delete the account and then you can use that same email to create an entirely new account.

Hi,

I have although i remember my first Blackberry I.D and have forgotten my password for it....

i am trying to follow the process mentioned ...The only problem I am facing is my email address registered with Blackberry ID was @indiatimes.com all my new passwords are forwarded to the said ID....

Since,@indiatimes.com has closed down the free email sections almost a year ago I am simply unable to either delete the Blackberry ID created and start a new ID and/orrecover my new password send to that ID...

Please Help.

Can't help you... you'd need to contact that email provider for access to your email. BlackBerry does not control indiatimes.com

 

Otherwise, create a new BBID on a new email account.

I am aware Blackberry doesn't control Indiatimes...

 

It would be of great help if you can suggest how do I delete the old BBID and replace that with a new BBID..

but my problem starts with the process mentioned in Message 4....

 

As soon as i request for a new password after using my secret Q..

 

A new link is send with a new password to an email account which does not exist anymore..... as the service is shutdown a year ago...and i did not realize i would be stuck.
