Dear All,

Recently I purchaed BB 9320 curve and after 6 day its camera and video camera not working. Its showing the error as“ close other application and then try to opening camera”. Error for video camera as “can not start view finder”

In order to fixt it I have uninstalled all application from the device but same issue. Also contact service center and they wipe my device but no luck. I can not kept my device 15 days at service center. Please some one advise me how to fix this issue without kept device 15 days at service center.

Also shop owner and service center engineer not providing proper information to me.

Its very worst service I ever seen.

Hi Amolgajare and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

I would recommend checkging to see if any software updates are available for your BlackBerry® smartphone. Plug it into your PC and go to www.blackberry.com/update.  If an update is available, install it, then test the camera again.

I have seen this problem occassionally, and it has always gone away after a reboot (alt-right shift-del).

i have a 9320 curve everytime i click on the camera it says it cannot open application. have just installed new 7.0 software update and still having the same problem!!! any sugestions???
