BlackBerry is not starting after reboot

hey,

Blackberry Curve 8520: This morning I downloaded an app then rebooted my phone, because it required it. After that the loading screen appeared and started to load then the blackberry screen appeared. Now my phone is stuck on the BlackBerry screen, I took the battery out and tried to the my phone on again which didn't work, and I have also tried to connect it to my computer but it won't recognise it.

Can someone please help me with what to do :smileyhappy:

Perform a reload or upgrade the BlackBerry® Device Software. For more information on this procedure see the following article:
