I recently downloaded Blackberry media sync to my desktop and loaded a few songs from my itunes library onto my Blackberry. The 12 songs are in my music section on my Blackberry but how do I assign one of those songs as a ringtone to a specific person in my address book? I cant seem to get the song moved to my ringtones area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I tired that but my list of ringtones comes up and the song i want to make the ringtone isnt on that list. The song is in my music folder not my ringtone folder and only the ringtones come up when i tried what you said.

Ok, then open your Media Icon > press your Menu key > Explore.
Now, navigate to that music file in the music folder. Scroll to it, don't open it.
Press Menu > Move and move it to the ringtones folder where you desire it to be placed.

Ok i'm getting closer now lol
when i did what you said and try to move it, when i click on move i get a folder called up and then under that, a list of the 12 songs i got from my itunes library. There is nothing saying move and then giving me an option to move it to my ringtones folder.
BTW, thaks for helping me out and being patient lol. I have my Blackberry for about a month now and i'm still learning how to use it!

UP is good.. you want to select that UP, and until you see the folder for ringtones.
So then you will select the ringtones folder, and once IN that folder, you will select Menu > Select here.
So, think in terms for a tree structure.
Media Card
music ringtones pictures
file file file
file file file
file file file
