It says BB Internet Service Connection: Wi-Fi (if I 'click' on this it gives me Mobile Network Options which shows

Data Services On; While roaming Off; Mobile Network: O2 - UK; Network selection mode: Automatic

Also shows BB Enterprise Server

Connection:WI-Fi

Ohhh, you're on a BES, may be a corporate email account?

Check with your BES Admin in your company.

Re: Blackberry 8520 email set up

No, I was on a Company account but was made redundant some time ago, and was allowed to keep my phone as part of the deal but with a new sim.

I have checked with the company, and they tell me I have been removed from their enterprise server. They have checked their records 3 times now to try to help solve the problem.

Please use plain text.

Not so, if the BES connection says your conntected to the BES. :smileywink:

Have YOU ever wiped your phone or removed your former IT Security policy from the device?

See the RIM Knowledge Base article here for information on how to remove an IT Policy. See the Method Three in the link:

KB14202 How to remove an IT policy from a BlackBerry smartphone

Read this RIM Knowledge Base article to reset your device to the factory settings.
