I have a 9200 phone that goes into SOS mode, apparently as a result of signal loss. No incoming or outgoing calls are possible.
The repair facility I used advised that they were not able to repair, as this is a factory fault. In addition, I know of at least 4 other phones with the same problem. This was also confirmed by the same serive repair center.
Any advise on how to get my phone repaired is most welcome.

If Repair Service Center are unable to repair or not willing ,I prefer You should try it for yourself By following this RIM Knowledge Base :

please Try those steps suggested and see if you are able to resolve the problem by yourself.
