Before replacing your device I prefer you can try a few thing like try another Battery or try Reloading your device Software and see if that help .Here is how to performing a clean reload of our device software :
KB11320 : How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device software using BlackBerry desktop software for windows.
please note that the above process will delete all the data within our device ,I hope you have a backup or if your device allows do a complete backup using Desktop Software.
