How do I transfer my Blackberry Email Address/Account from one curve to another curve.

log into your BIS account and change the PIN and ESN/IMEI number on your BIS account and send service books.

Sorry, but I'm not up on all of the acronyms - without laughing what is the BIS and then change from which phone to which phone - my old one will still be used but with a different number.  Thanks

go to this website and log in using your username and password ( if you forgot your password click on forgot password and then you can enter your user name or PIN to retrieve the password) and if you for got your username you have to call BELL blackberry support to retrive it.

PIN (for your new BlackBerry) can be found under Options> Status on BlackBerry.

Once logged into the website Change the PIN and ESN number  (again both can be found under OPTIONS> STATUS on device).

Another thing you can try is navigating Email setup or Email settings icon on your device and change PIN and IMEI to your new BlackBerry.

Thank you I will try, but will this not mix up the two phone numbers by changing the ESN?

Please do not submit duplicate threads.

If you are using  A NEW mobile number, you will need to contact your carrier and ask them to add the same blackberry data plan to the new number and cancel it on the old number.

I also have the same problem but I have a t-mobile account. I just switched all the data from one to curve to the other but the e-mail does not work. how do I fix it?
