Blackberry Browser not working

Hi. First of all, I am new so apologies if this has already been mentioned and/or solved but I have searched for answers on various websites and have found nothing, apart from "pull your battery out/do a reset", but for this specific problem, that only happens to be a temporary fix.

 

My blackberry browser is not behaving properly. It all started a few months ago, I dont know the exact month or day but it's been a while now. When I use the browser, the blue bar at the bottom will progress very slowly and get to the end but no page will actually load. Resetting the phone will, as I said, result in a temporary fix but I am now growing tired of this re-occurance and would like to seek out a permanent fix. I have also re-sent service books, to no avail.

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
