Blackberry CD

Good Morning to All,

 

Recently upgraded cell phone to a Blackberry Curve 8320 from T-Mobile.  Love the phone (what I can understand so far) but have several issues I cannot resolve myself.  Computer is Sony Vaio (2.83ghz) running windows XP.

 

Issue.... When I insert the provided Blackberry CD all I see is a blue line with Blackberry in it.  Rest of page is blank and nothing appears.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

you can go to the website of blackberry.com and download :
- the USD Blackberry drivers
- the Blackberry Desktop Manager

that should be enough, you don't really need the CD.

Desktop Managers are not version specific to any devices. You can use any of the them. Click on BlackBerry Desktop Manager to get the latest version 4.5.
