My browser icon is no where to be found on my phone. I can not locate it in the main menu or on my home screen. I have tried wiping my phone clean and reinstalling all apps, and no success. How do I get my browser icon back on my phone?

Do you have the BlackBerry Data Plan from Boost Mobile?

There are 2 things you can try. First go to options-device-advanced system setting-host routing table. Once there click the blackberry button and the select register. Once you get an email saying your device is registered do a battery pull. If that doesn't work then you may need to log into your service providers bis site and resend service books to your phone. If none of the above fixed your problem then you may need to call your provider.

This is an 8330 model, on OS 4.2 or 4.5, there is no Options > Device... etc.

It would be Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table.

But again, with no BIS account on Boost, that won't work either.

Yes it was previously on my blackerry. The plan I have is the Boost $60 monthly unlimited plan, which includes unlimited text, talk and web for $60/month.

You need to make sure that is the specific BlackBerry Data Plan. A generic unlimited web plan won't cut it.

You have the correct plan for blackberry unlimited on Boost Mobile, the 60 includes the extra 10 for BIS.

Is your email working?

Try this...
1) Register HRT: (OS5) Home Screen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Scroll to any line entry and > press the Menu key > and then click Register Now. If you have an OS 6 or OS 7 device, Look at Options > Device > Advanced > Host Routing Table, etc.

2) Resend Service Books: Article ID: KB02830 How to send the service books for a BlackBerry Internet Service account. http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830

3) Then, with the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

The issues I was having with my blackberry smartphone have all been resolved. I would like to thank everyone so much for all of your help.
