interesting! I too ignored an App world update and my wi-fi went off on June 7 in the company of half the blackberry users in Europe and beyond, it seems! I was advised by O2 to sit tight as the problem was with RIM, so I did.This morning wi-fi was up and running again and I still haven't updated App World...

Well still waiting here, although at 2am my phone was telling me it'd found a hotspot and did I want to connect. Telling it yes, did "connect" but failed to allow the Wifi to be used still.

So still waiting RIM.

Orange uk up and running funny T-Mobile not working as they are now the same company! have you tried a battery pull with device on? Phil

My phone is scheduled to do a hard reset (basically a battery pull) at 4am every day, so should've connected after that, but just trying now just incase it was finalized after the restart.

Orange and T-Mobile are one as Everything Everywhere, but they still operate as separate companies in their own rights, utilizing the same spectrum but the BIS will still be T-Mobile.

Hurray - both my wifes and my Blackberry Curves wifi now working - our network is Virgin. Hopefully everyone elses working too! Regards and thanks everyone for the info and updates.

Considering we're on RIM's forums, they should post on here, as I don't use twitter.

Will have to look at my settings I guess, as it just keeps offering me to connect to an AP, but does sod all.
