Blackberry Curve 8520 not charging? Please help!

I have had my blackberry for about a year now and it has just started to become very awkward to try and charge. When I put my charger in my blackberry it does not begin to charge, I have to push it in very far and stand there like that for a while without moving else it wil come out, which is very annoying! I think it is my charger that is broken/damaged but not really sure, it could be my actual phone. Please help!

Thank you very much:smileyhappy:

Hello,

You say "about a year"...if that remains less than one year, then you should seek warranty support and service as, from what you describe, this sounds like a hardware issue, for which no amount of software nor internet-distance diagnosis can really help. You would seek your warranty support from your original place of purchase or authorized service center...it varies by region, so check your original purchase documentation to see the provisions of your specific warranty along with your methods to exercise it.

There also might be some good reading here:

If, however, you have no warranty, then you would need to seek out a local shop with qualified BB technicians to help you out.

Good luck!
