Blackberry Curve 9300

Hi

Can someone help to resolve my issue regarding my Curve 9300?

My curve just died on me while browsing the net while attached to my laptop but suddenly it shut itself off.
I tried many times of re-booting my mobile and still nothing happen and decided to bring it to a technician and checked the battery. I was told that the battery is still in good condition.

what is the cause of this malfunction?
is there any chance of reviving this unit?

Please advise.

Re: Blackberry Curve 9300

Hey Jonperalta,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

I would suggest doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.

If the BlackBerry® smartphone is not detected by the PC please try forcing the detection as outline here:

How to force the detection of the BlackBerry® smartphone using Application Loader

If the issue still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.

Thank you.
