Blackberry Curve 9320 Problems

Hey, I have had my curve 9320 for almost a year now. However, over the last month or so, the battery has started to drain very quickly without me even using the phone to text,call, play music etc.. Also it has been saying that my "battery is too low for radio use" when I have had over 60% battery. It cannot just be my phone either as many of my friends have the same phone as me, the Curve 9320, and their phones have also been doing this. As well as shutting my networks off', occasionally my phone will just shut off and automatically reboot without any warning. What on earth is wrong with the Curve 9320 phones and what can my friends & I do to prevent these things occurring?

I would suggest trying a different battery in the BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone and then monitor the battery performance.
