Blackberry Curve 9900.

Hello,

 

I have a Blackberry Bold 9900.

 

My Blackberry went automatically on Voicemail and now I cannot receive any message's or phone calls anymore.

 

If I receive them it will take at least 12 hours before I receive the messages/ phone calls.

 

I need the phone for my work and I need to be reachable.

 

I do hope someone can assist me further with this issue.

Hi Fluffyfluf,

 

Welcome to the BB Community...

 

Follow the steps, might help...

 

Select the Phone application (press the green dial button), then the Menu button, then select Options. There you can select "Call Forwarding" and select "Forward All Calls" instead of the original "Forward Unanswered Calls", making sure to leave the entry as "Do Not Forward"

Hi,

 

have u tried contacting ur BB Service Provider and explained this issue of urs...??? if u havent, then try once else i would recommend u to visit a BB Service Center and get it rectified...
