Blackberry Enterprise Server Not Connected

Mobile Network is connected

3G coverage

Blackberry Internet Sevice connected with Mobile Network

It seems to me that the only thing that isn't working is BBM

Any advice?

Re: Blackberry Enterprise Server Not Connected

If you're service is not on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), then you won't be connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Service. You are connected to the BlackBerry Internet Service via your mobile network. That is good.

Think of BES as corporate device accounts, and BIS as personal device accounts.

So, BBMessenger... what's not happening?

Can you click on the icon and open BBM?
