I've had my bb id for quite a while now, but when I updated my BBM it asked be to enter my Blackberry ID pin. The problem is that I do not remember it and my e-mail address on the bbid is deactivated. Is there a way I can get my bbid pin without loosing my contacts?
Unfortunately, without the password and without access to the email address you are out of luck. You'll need to create a new BBID and log in with that. There is one caveat, though. You will have to wipe the device in order to log in with a new BBID than has been used on the device before.
