Hi I use a blackberry 9300 and my blackberry protect doesn't work and my blackberry app doesn't as well cause of this problem even when I get a message to repair it it loads up to 7% then it stops. This is the message I get all the time.
BlackBerry Protect service, including automatic backups and remote control capability, has been temporarily suspended because a problem with the BlackBerry ID credentials that you provided has been detected. To update your BlackBerry ID credentials and re-start the BlackBerry Protect service open BlackBerry Protect and click the ‘BBID authentication required’ link on the BlackBerry Protect status screen.. Please help I tried my service provider but still it not working

What app is this loading only 7%?

Its when I try to repair my blackberryID like downloading, it doesn't download fully, it ends on 7%

OK, do you have the Blackberry Data Plan on your device?

Why do you have your "My Carrier: email" as email? Please edit your profile and correct that.

Carrier = Mobile Provider = to whom you pay your bill.

To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.
