Hi I use a blackberry 9300 and my blackberry protect doesn't work and my blackberry app doesn't as well cause of this problem even when I get a message to repair it it loads up to 7% then it stops. This is the message I get all the time.
What app is this loading only 7%?

OK, do you have the Blackberry Data Plan on your device?
Why do you have your "My Carrier: email" as email? Please edit your profile and correct that.

Carrier = Mobile Provider = to whom you pay your bill.
To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.
