OK, can you try this... because the process below should update your BLackberryID module as well.

Go to Options > Advanced > Applications and scroll the Protect application and don't click on it, just scroll to it. Click Menu > Delete and remove the application.
Now, do a reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Finally, use your BlackBerry browser to go to AppWorld and download/install the Protect application again.

My blackberry doesn't delete and It doesn't give me any deleting options it gives module and edit default permission. I also tried to unlock it on blackberry Protect because the Protect is prevented from being deleted so I tried to unclick but its failing.

This is what I get as well when I tried updating just now, "Blackberry Identity installation failed. Please try again later. (80002)"

Recently had a 9300 stolen in Dubai. Had to get phone blocked by provider for obvious reasons. Now that I've returned home only a day after handset was taken, I have started using an old handset of mine 8900. Blackberry protect is on both handset's and have restored from original to new device. Data was restored, all except the most important "contacts" ! A message appears at the bottom of the screen, "this data is already wirelessly synchronised with a remote service and cannot be restored" I have been on website and checked my data and contacts are there along with everything else !!! Please can anybody help.
