I am a 'newbie' with Blackberry's and for some reason I'm having trouble with ap world. It asks me to download an update then asks me to enter my E.mail and password but I made some kind of a mistake when I created my password so then I go to 'Forgot password' but then I get 'An error has occurred please try again later' so I need a solution to this please my phone is the 9300

From a computer, visit www.blackberry.com/blackberryid
Click Reset your password
Complete the instructions on the screen
or
Go to your original Blackberry ID email from donotreply@blackberry.com and click on the "Delete ID" link.
Confirm the deletion of your BB ID account.
Now, go to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and simply create a new BB ID using the same email address you originally used, with a new password and secrete question.

Thank you for solving this problem for me but now when i try to access Blackberry aps I get a message saying 'BAW is having trouble connecting to the BAW server. Verify your network connections and try again
