Blackberry curve 8520 Keeps Rebooting

hello

 

 

i have curve 8520 ,,, i go to sleep and my phone was working when i wake up i found that is no charge in the phone i charg it but it keep booting on 0% and it reboot again and i can't open the phone  i search in the froum but i didn't found any think please i need help

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about your issue. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
