BlackBerry® Curve™

I've updated my blackberry curve 9300 (RDB71UW) from platform 6.3.0.10 to higher  platform from auto update and now my keys don't  respond  properly some don't even work. I tried a lower platform and the keys work but menu doesn't. I can't find the original 6.3.0.10 platform anywhere.

Any suggestions will be much  appreciated thank you

Try looking for the software from your service providers site which you can find from the following link :

http://in.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html

Enter the site, choose your service provider and follow the on screen instructions.

Tried it they don't have my os/platform thing and I've tried 6 of the ones they have thanks anyway
