Last night, I turned my phone off,fully charged. Yet when I woke up I was unable to turn on my phone, a red light turns on briefly then a battery sign with a cross goin through it comes up. Ive tried charging it but it remains like this.

Try removing the battery, connecting it to the wall charger then insert the battery.

If this doesn't work you could have a battery problem.

I don't think a software reload will help here because it won't turn on.

Can you also check with the carrier?

Battery problem where it suddenly says empty battery after a couple of hours MAX without any warning and shuts off for good unless it can be re-charged again. It then says the battery is full after maybe only about 10mins charging. Does this with replacement battery too.
