I know exactly what you mean I have gone through 4 curves now and I am so frustrated and mad , my battery only lasts a maximum of 2 hrs after a full night of charging and to top it off after 5 minutes of talk time it is over heating so bad that I can not hang on to the phone and am worried it is going to start a fire when charging as the charger even gets too hot to touch... I have gotten NO WHERE with this issue < I was also told by my a phone rep from Bell that the new blackb erry's all have battery life problems, so my question is why are they still selling them knowing what is wrong!!!! I cant even find a number to contact Blackberry and find out about getting a different phone all i get is my service provider telling me they have to send it in to repair...for what? it just does it with the next piece of GARBAGE they send me!! I hate these phones and will NEVER recommend Blackberry phones ever, I even told the customers in the store who were looking at one not to waste their time, maybe I will start a webpage letting everyone know what the problems are maybe then RIM will get a hold of me to solve this problem

that is true all route starts with your carrier or the point of sale or service center if you have so much problem regarding your device call your carrier to escalate it to RIM for you
