I don't think you understand the problem SmoothRider.
There is no scope to either connect the Blackberry to the PC/Mac or check any details on the phone itself.
Once it is done rebooting, the screen blacks out and it reboots again. There is no welcome screen, no menu, nothing.
The desktop manager simply says "Waiting for device to start" and once the phone boots again, it says "Reconnect your device and start again"
