Blackberry curve9360 keeps rebooting nonstop?

I put my phone down for like a minute, when I came back it was rebooting. I thought my phone was just messing about so I left it to start but when it got to the end of the reboot the little timer thing came up on the top left corner and then it all went black and it rebooted all over again and the same thing happened. It has now been going on for at least 30 minutes, can someone please help?

Sorry to hear about your issue. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

I don't think you understand the problem SmoothRider.


There is no scope to either connect the Blackberry to the PC/Mac or check any details on the phone itself.


Once it is done rebooting, the screen blacks out and it reboots again. There is no welcome screen, no menu, nothing.

The desktop manager simply says "Waiting for device to start" and once the phone boots again, it says "Reconnect your device and start again"
