Blackberry enterprise server - not connected

Good day Bb

 

it shows that im not connected to Blackberry enterprise server and it shows that my number is unknown, I'm also unable to make calls I can only receive calls. I want to know how can I fix this problem?

If you are associated with BES then contact your BES administrators , they can look at your issue , Also go though this Knowledge Base :

 

 KB01889 : "My Number - Unknown" appears instead of the user's number on the BlackBerry smartphone.
