Blackberry internet service - validate password

HELP!            Suddenly I can't receive e-mails and have been asked to validate my password, went into 'Blackberry Internet Service' and as I had forgotten my password, asked for a new one.  This apparently has been sent to my phone! Can't receive e-mails so now I'm even more stuck!!!

Can any one help? I'd be so grateful :Helpsmilie:

Hello,

Your BIS account is managed by your mobile service provider...ring them up for formal support.

Good luck!

Thank you for answering my plea for help. A kind soul has already solved this problem BUT, thank you for your suggestion, would have been a good next step.

Another excellent step would be for you to post, inside this community forum, the solution that worked for you, so that others can find it in future when they are searching.

Cheers!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

When you re-read this thread, you will see some advice that therefore applies to your situation...ring up your mobile service provider for formal support. All of the automated recovery methods require access to the email account that you originally associated to your BIS account...hence, you need enhanced support, and that's only available via your formal support channels, which start with your mobile service provider.

Good luck!
