Blackberry not working after trying to update

OMG, tried to update for the first time on computer. There was problems with the download and now phone not working. Keep getting flasing red light but can't even turn phone on. What do I do!!!

Hello !

 

Try the following:

 

Take your Battery out and re insert it for Power Restart.

 

Then plug in your device with the charger.

 

Leave it for an hour or so.

 

It takes time to restart at times after the OS upgrade.

 

Be more patient.
