Blackberry problem! LOADiNG

Hello there i am wondering if someone can help me with a little problem im having with my blackberry phone, I have tried putting 2 different batteries in my phone but it doesnt seem to want to load up, It get's stuck on the load screen with the bar trying to load up but goes onto an empty battery sign with a cross going through it wich has a bar at the bottom of the screen only loading half way..... then repeats itself...... Any idea's please could someone tell me.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

I would advise trying to reload your BlackBerry® Device Software. Since your BlackBerry® smartphone is unable to start fully, the BlackBerry® Desktop Software will be unable to connect with your BlackBerry® smartphone.  To force a connection and reload your BlackBerry® Device Software, try starting the process without your battery inserted. For further steps, please see the following KB articles:

For Windows® : "How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader" http://bbry.lv/IAfXWd

For Mac: "Unable to application load a BlackBerry smartphone showing JVM 507 or JVM 513 using BlackBerry Desktop Software" http://bbry.lv/J0V8BH

Please note that this process will remove all data from your BlackBerry® smartphone.
