Blackberry reset

Hello,

 

 

i want to reset my blackberry  because my trackpad isnt working anymore and there's nothing wrong with it

 

 

and my software is screwed up

 

so i downloaded blackberry desktop software

 

but i dont know how to reset my blackberry trough the computer and re-install the software

 

 

could some one help please.

the master u reset u could get is right behind ur battery u will see thiny hole around the battery conatact just get a thiny object there guess that is the best reset u can get

Hello !

 

Please try the following:

 

Connect your Blackberry through USB to Laptop/Desktop.

 

Now open "BlackBerry Desktop Software".

 

In options there will see "Factory Settings" or "Default Settings", so click that and confirm it.

 

Hope this resolves your Problem!
