I am helping two Curve users to receive their email to their phone. Both their accounts are with USInternet. No email is currently being received on either phone. Anyway, I was told by a tech guy at USInternet that Blackberry did an update recently to their servers and that I need to contact Blackberry to have them force a pop3 email to the phones. He called the incident an "IMAP validity issue."
Has anyone heard of this issue or is experiencing anything similar? Also, how can I contact Blackberry support without paying for it?
