Blackberry services are blocked due to international roaming, is there any way to unblock?

My text messaging and calls works fine
Internet and whatsapp only works on wifi
Email services are blocked and bbm doesn't work
When I try the hosting routing tables, I get an email from blackberry saying my handheld has been registered with the wireless network
My services were ceased when I went on holiday (im home now) so I'm confused on how to get it back/unblock the services ( or whatevers happened since calls and texts work :s) so help would be appreciated pleaseeeeee
