I have a 9320. It stopped receiving emails and I had to re-install my email address on the device to solve the problem. Now it no longer synchs with Outlook on my laptop. Software is Desktop Manager 7.1 Bundle 1319. I get an error message "0x80040fb3", asking me to refer to my documentation. What documentation? This cryptic code means nothing to me. What do I do next?
As an aside I would like to add that there seems to be no way (living in South Africa at least) of contacting RIM and asking my question. I have tried visiting RIM via google and they do not have a section of their web page which offers contact details of anyone or any agent in their organisation whom I can approach with queries. If anyone reading this lives in South Africa and knows the answer to this general 'beef' please let me know.

My Blackberry had stopped receiving ANY emails. I had to delete my email address from my phone and then re-instal it. I did not say Desktop Outlook. I routinely back up from my phone to Microsoft Outlook on my PC. The program which does this is provided by Blackberry and is called Desktop Manager. This program is giving the error message I queried

Thank you Prince. The article you directed me to was useful. Some of the instructions in the article were not clearly expressed but I now understood the nature of the problem and could move to a solution.

Me again. Sorry but the problem has returned.
Initially I thought I had a corrupted entry in my calendar because when I removed something which did not look right the problem went away. When it returned I looked again at the article you directed me to. I cleaned all the calendar entries off the Blackberry and re-installed them (a truly scary exercise, in my line of work). Problem not fixed.
I then struggled through the instructions to remove Intellisync and reconfigure the device. The problem was still not solved.
However, I am not sure if I fully deleted Intellisync or just part of it. I followed the instructions in the article to access the intellisync file and found a file with 24 entries/line items. Needless to say the names of these line items were confusing to a layman like me and I was not given an overall file delete option by the PC (I use Vista, if it is relevant). Tried highlighting and then, when I right clicked I got a sub menu with 'delete'. But which of the 24 line items must I delete? Do I go through all 24 - deleting each one separately, or is there one (or more) specific files I should identify? It seems obviously now that my effort to 'cherry pick' the right Intellisync file was not correct.
Can you give me a little more guidance?
Thanks
