My service provider is T-Mobile and I was listening to music and when I paused it the whole phone shut off and won't turn on. I've had it on charge for 2 days straight and nothing. I can't try a new battery as no one else has another 9320 smartphone in my home(or anyone close).
Can someone please provide some trouble shooting, thanks.
(P.S I've taken the battery out and plugged the AC adapter in the phone then placed the battery back and nothing happened)

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Given what you have said, I think you have already tried the first half of this...but just in case...
Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB):
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. I know you say you have no access to another battery, but unfortunately I know of no other way to rule in/out your actual battery as causal...only by doing this with a "known good" battery can you know for sure.
Good luck and let us know!
