Recently my BlackBerry ID has been saying ''the username and password provided do not correspond to a valid Blackberry ID' when I attempt to log in. I'm on my 9th attempt now. I can't download apps or login to my account. I've been using my Curve (and my BB ID) since April or march of 2011 and never had problems before, help?
Also, is there a way of backing up all data and apps to a memory card so that if I have to security wipe, I can get them all back?
On another topic, my browser has stopped functioning as well. I still have all my old bookmarks and things, but once I try to load a page I get a blank screen and a loading bar which never loads anything. WiFi and mobile network are connected and working fine for other apps e.g.. Twitter, Facebook, just not the browser. Help for these problems would be much appreciated, thanks!
