upgraded recently to 7.1.0 and cannot use browser anymore since. Service status is fine, BIS and BES (emails works, BBM and App World and Bloomberg works), but browser refuses to open any webiste (coincidentlially - whatsapp also to have probs now...). Spoken to the service provider (vodafone Spain), they say it must be the upgrade - which I tend to agree with for a change, due to the above.
Any ideas? Many tk sin advance

If your browser issue started after the device software update then please try those steps in the same sequence , it might help :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Delete and Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Try it and let us know.

Did you received those registration messages on your message box ?

If you have a BES account then please contcat your service provider or BES administrator ,they can fix this issue.
